FRESHMAN (2016): Made 12 appearances overall with one start... posted a 3.31 ERA with seven strikeouts in 16.1 innings... went 2.2 innings in his first-career start against San Jose State (Apr. 19), allowing two runs on three hits with three walks... logged a season-best three innings in relief twice: at UC Davis (Apr. 5) and vs. BYU (May 13)... made his first-career appearance in relief at No. 4 Oregon State (Mar. 11), allowing one hit in one scoreless inning of work... struck out a season-high two on two different occasions: at UC Davis (Apr. 5) and vs. Gonzaga (Apr. 16)... did not allow a run and surrendered just one hit over his final three outings to finish the year... stranded two-thirds of the runners he inherited coming out of the bullpen.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner for head coach Charles Oppio at Bishop Manogue High School... earned first team all-league honors his senior year... named second team all-league as a junior.
PERSONAL: Born Jan. 29, 1997 in Reno, Nev... parents are Keving and Kelly Brewster... majoring in kinesiology... plans to pursue a career in physical rehabilitation after graduating from USF... National Honor Society member in high school... earned Honor Roll recognition all four years of high school... also interested in photography and golf.
