2017 (RS SENIOR): Appeared in every game but one, making 39 starts… hit .283 overall with five doubles, two triples and 18 RBIs… his two triples tied for the team lead… ranked third on the team with 10 stolen bases in 11 attempts… 15 walks were the fourth-most on the team… enjoyed a season-best 3-for-4 day with a run scored at San Diego on Mar. 31… drove in a season-high two runs in a win over Sacramento State on Apr. 18.

2016 SUMMER: Did not play. 

2016 (RS JUNIOR): Started 42 of the 54 games he appeared in, primarily in left and center field... hit .260 on the year with eight doubles, a triple, 14 RBI and 26 runs scored... was tied for second on the team with 12 stolen bases in 18 attempts... tied for seventh in the WCC in stolen bases... had season-best three RBI at UC Santa Barbara (Feb. 20) and at Portland (May 8)... tallied a season-high three hits on three occasions: at Cal (Feb. 23), at Cal Poly (Mar. 4) and at Portland (May 7)... hit a pair of doubles at Cal Poly (Mar. 6)... stole two bases at Portland (May 7).   

2015 SUMMER: Played with the D.C. Grays of the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League... played in 10 games, hitting .222 with two doubles, a triple and six RBI... drew eight walks and stole three bases... scored five runs and posted an OPS of .724. 

2015 (RS SOPHOMORE): Redshirted.

2014 (SOPHOMORE): Started in 14 of his 32 appearances... hit .182 with two doubles in 55 at bats... drove in four runs and stole three bases. 

2013 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 43 games, making seven starts... hit .245 with a double and RBI in 49 at bats... scored seven runs and stole four bases.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Tim Massey at Jesuit High School… two-time first team all-league selection...played in the league all-star game... named team MVP on two occasions... named most valuable offensive player junior year, and most valuable defensive player as a senior...was an Ignition Scholar.

PERSONAL: Born July 14, 1994 in Portland, Ore…. parents are David and Eileen Bruce... majoring in U.S. History... wants to pursue a career in the United States Army after graduating from USF.
