HIGH SCHOOL: Under head coach Paul Cochrun, Parks helped lead Petaluma High School (Petaluma, Calif.) to two Sonoma County League championships while earning all-league honors his sophomore, junior and senior seasons. In his junior season, he hit .416 with 26 RBI and 33 runs scored. Parks also earned All-Academic Team honors (3.50 GPA or above) three times.
PERSONAL: Parks is the son of Scott and Candace and has two older siblings, Shelby and Taylor. He enjoys spending time with his family and is thinking about becoming a firefighter.
