2012 SEASON: Registered one at-bat, but sat out rest of season as medical redshirt.
SKYLINE COLLEGE (2009-2011): Made Second-Team All-Conference freshman year... Made First-Team All-American in sophomore year while hitting .421.
PREP CAREER: Played three years of varsity baseball at Mills... Hit .360 as a senior and .385 as a junior... Named First-Team All-League as a junior. Made honor roll all four years in high school.
PERSONAL: Born in October of 1989 in Millbrae, CA... Parents are Russ and Sue Hoem... Majoring in Business Administration... Favorite sports here is Evan Longoria of the Tampa Bay Rays... Goal for the season is to win the College World Series... Chose USF for the great academic and athletic challenge as well as the coaching staff and location... Would be Derek Jeter for a day... If he could go to any sporting event in the world he would chose a Giants World Series game... Chose his jersey number because it is relevant to his family history... Favorite movie is Rocky...
