Biography

2012 SEASON: Added valuable senior leadership, hitting .246 with six doubles, two home runs, and 14 RBI... started in 48 games and played in 54, primarily in left field... scored 25 runs, fourth on the squad... fielded a perfect 1.000 on the season, registering 64 put outs and three assists... his assist against LMU on April 14, gunned down the potential game-winning run at the plate... steped up to bat one inning later and hit the go-ahead sac fly to give USF a crucial Saturday win over the Lions... hit first homer of the season against Nevada, going 1-for-3 with two runs (2/21)... went 4-for-12 with one home run and three RBI in three-game series against Saint Mary's (5/25-5/27).

2011 SEASON: Posted the Dons’ third-best batting average in WCC play (.357)… played in 47 games and started 30 of them in left field and at designated hitter… did not make an error in the field, totaling 29 put outs and one assist… notched his first hit as a Don against UC Davis (2/27), going 2-for-4… hit a two-run home run against New Mexico State (3/5)… went 2-for-4 with an RBI against Saint Mary’s (4/10)… put together his best game at the plate at San Diego (5/8), going 3-for-4 with four RBIs, a double and a home run… went a combined 4-for-7 in the first two games against Gonzaga (5/27 & 5/28)… drew two walks against No. 12 UCLA in the NCAA Los Angeles Regional (6/5).

2010 SUMMER: Played in the Tri-State West Coast League with the Folsom Pioneers… finished with a .333 batting average after totaling 45 hits, 41 RBI, 33 walks, 28 runs, 15 doubles, eight homeruns and two triples.

2010 SEASON: Redshirt at USF.

SIERRA COLLEGE:
Finished with a .994 fielding percentage in one season at Sierra College.

PREP CAREER:
Still hosts the record for highest single-season batting average of .528 at Napa High School… was named Monticello Empire League Most Valuable Player as a senior… also played four years of football and was named Monticello Empire League Offensive Most Valuable Player as a senior.

PERSONAL:
Born in February of 1989 in Vallejo, Calif… parents are Tom and Molly LeMasters… chose USF because of the great coaching staff… goal for the season is to win the West Coast Conference and go to Omaha to play in the College World Series… thinks the best thing about being a student-athlete is the friendships with teammates… favorite quote is from Muhammad Ali, “Champions aren’t made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them — a desire, a dream and a vision.”… chose his jersey number because Ted Williams was number 9 and it worked for him… favorite movie is Dumb and Dumber… favorite food is In-N-Out… major is Sociology.
